It’s restaurant week in Austin and a few girlfriends and I went to the Driskill Hotel last night. They had a pretty extensive menu to choose from compared to some of the other restaurants. Here’s what I had!

driskill bread — sundried tomato brioche & wheat bread with apricot, walnuts, and pecans

driskill smoothie — cinnamon peach smoothie

driskill rabbit — Texas Raised Rabbit Confit Thigh, Grilled Figs, Butter Roasted Heirloom Carrots, Wild Fennel Pollen.

driskill magyu — Grilled "Strube Ranch" Wagyu Flatiron

driskill apple dessert — French Baked Apple Tart

Overall, presentation of the food and service were very good. It was a great dinner and I would go again!
